5. Make fresh meals with produce at home most of the time: nourish my body with wholesome, homemade dishes.
6. Practice yoga five times a week: prioritize flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.
7. Walk with my friends, aiming for at least 15,000 steps a day: combine physical activity with social connection.
8. Create fresh juice recipes at home: experiment with new flavors and share them with others.
